J BOX BLEACHING PLANT

J Box arrangement with washing tank s – 60 inch FW.

Entry :

Standard entry arrangement consisting of fix tension
pipes, cloth tightening arrangement ,
High entry guide roll, mechanical cloth guider and other ebonite guide
rollers, Entry structure will be prepared from 100 x 50 mm chanel and
all guide rollers will be of 100mm dia.having 30mm bearing
Size and barring will be UCP 206.

SS Washing Tank –

SS open tank will be made from 2.5mm SS 304 quality
sheets argon arc welded. Size of tank is 4 feet (height) x 4feet
(width ) and suitable for 60 inch Wide.10 nos. SS guide rollers 120mm
dia rollers will be provided 3nos. SS perforated heating pipes will be
provided at bottom .Curved bar expander will be provided on entry of
Fabric into tank.

Squeezing Nip

Squeezing nip arrangement after SS tank will be prepared
from MS walls connected by suitable tie rods.Nip arrangement will be
provided with one ebonite coated driven roll and one rubber coated top
roll running in self aligning roller bearings. Nip rollers will be of
250mm dia. Prepared from heavy duty MS cell pipe.Pneumatic cylinders
will be provided for pressure application with pn

Control pannel.

J Box arrangement

J Box will be made from 3mm SS 304 material with argon
arc welding process. Total length of J Box is 10 feet and width is 5
feet .Necessary steam connections and perforated sheet in side the

J will be provided Window arrangement of 10 feet x 15 feet on
delivery side will be provided.

Necessary outside structure will be provided of CI channel and CI legs.

SS WASHING TANK :

inch FW Rollers .10nos. SS guide rollers of 120mm dia. Rollers will be
provided 3 nos. SS perforated heating pipes will be provided at
bottom.

SQUEEZING NIP :

Squeezing nip arrangement
after SS tank will be prepared from MS walls connected by suitable tie
rods. Nip arrangement will be provided with one ebonite coated driven
roll and one rubber coated top roll running in self aligning roller
bearings .Nip rollers will be of 250mm dai.Prepared from heavy duty MS
shell pipe.Pneumatic cylinders will be provided for pressure
application with pn. Control panel.

DRIVE :

A variable speed AC inverter drive will be provided with
3 H.P. drive for all squeezing nip and 2 HP for feeding winch in J BOX
All inverter will be of DELTA or L/T make of latest model .All El.
Motors will be of CROMPTON / ABB make and gears will be of standard
make.
